I am writing this open letter of recommendation for Dental Link Services. I'm sure you will agree that there is a real need for a service that will take the headache out of hiring new staff members. Well, I'm pleased to say that I've found just that company, Dental Link Services.
When my hygienist that had been with me for 5 years decided to suddenly retired, I was left in a difficult position. Judy and Bonnie had a high quality hygienist in my office the next day, then arranged to visit and get to know my practice on a very personal level. They then found a number of great hygienists, any of which probably would have worked out well. They asked that I wait to interview one they thought would be perfect for my particular office before offering any permanent positions. They were absolutely right, and after a lengthy interview I hired my new hygienist without even a working interview. She has proved to be exactly the person I was looking for, in fact, turns out that my last hygienist did me a big favor by retiring unexpectedly.
Dental staffing can be a huge headache. Judy and Bonnie handle the tough problems of questionable background issues so that only the good ones get to a working interview. Each office has its own personality, so finding that great fit can often take a long time.
